In 1986, Valerie received a request to paint the captivating mural titled "Morning on the Susquehanna Flats," which adorned a 14' by 72' wall inside the museum's wet display area.
In 1988, Valerie was commissioned to paint a picturesque scene featuring the Concord Lighthouse on the wall of Java by the Bay, a charming coffee shop nestled in the historic downtown district of Havre de Grace, MD.
In 1990, Valerie was commissioned to paint yet another captivating scene: the picturesque Susquehanna Flats with the Concord Lighthouse, set within the charming confines of the historic La Cle Dor Guesthouse nestled in Havre de Grace, MD.
